Compensation:
$55•75 per clinical hour to start, with opportunities for compensation increases based on specialty training, performance, and leadership development. Whether your passion is anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergent individuals, couples work, bariatric evaluations, or psychological assessment, we help create a professional path that fits your vision. Why Join YCDI? This is not a traditional outpatient therapy position. Our clinicians have the opportunity to: Maintain a therapy caseload tailored to their interests and specialties. Receive referrals aligned with their preferred populations whenever possible. Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare professionals. Train in pre-surgical psychological evaluations. Develop expertise in neurodivergent assessments, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. Receive mentorship from experienced clinicians specializing in assessment and evaluation. Explore future supervisory and leadership opportunities within a growing organization. Enjoy a flexible schedule with the ability to create their own availability. Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychotherapy services. Develop and maintain an active caseload. Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner. Conduct diagnostic assessments and evaluations as appropriate. Participate in specialized training opportunities. Collaborate with medical providers and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Contribute to a positive and supportive clinical culture. Growth & Advancement Opportunities As our practice continues to grow, clinicians may have opportunities to: Increase compensation through specialty training and expanded responsibilities. Become trained in pre-surgical psychological evaluations. Develop skills in neurodivergent assessments and diagnostic interviewing. Mentor and support newer clinicians. Pursue future supervisory and leadership positions within the practice. Previous assessment experience is welcome but not required. We value clinicians who are eager to learn and expand their skill set. Compensation & Benefits $55•75 per clinical hour to start.
