Montclair, New Jersey (Hybrid)

Compensation:

Why Join YCDI? This is not a traditional outpatient therapy position. Our clinicians have the opportunity to: Maintain a therapy caseload tailored to their interests and specialties. Receive referrals aligned with their preferred populations whenever possible. Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare professionals. Train in pre-surgical psychological evaluations. Develop expertise in neurodivergent assessments, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. Receive mentorship from experienced clinicians specializing in assessment and evaluation. Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychotherapy services. Develop and maintain an active caseload. Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner. Conduct diagnostic assessments and evaluations as appropriate. Participate in specialized training opportunities. Collaborate with medical providers and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Contribute to a positive and supportive clinical culture. We value clinicians who are eager to learn and expand their skill set. Compensation & Benefits $55•75 per clinical hour to start.
