Job Description
Northshore Family Counseling is a well-established, trauma-informed group private practice serving the Northshore community for more than 20 years. We are passionate about providing clinically excellent, compassionate care while fostering an environment where both clients and clinicians can thrive. We are currently seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing team. About Northshore Family Counseling Our practice is trauma-informed and faith-based, providing holistic, evidence-based counseling while honoring each client's individual needs and preferences. Our team values collaboration, integrity, professional growth, and meaningful relationships. We believe clinicians do their best work when they are well supported, allowing them to focus on what matters most, which is caring for your clients. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Holds an active Mississippi license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) or is within six months of full licensure (PLPC, LMSW, or PLMFT) Is available for In-Person and Telehealth Sessions, Monday through Friday (Saturdays optional) Has a passion for trauma-informed, client-centered care Enjoys collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Values autonomy while working within a supportive group practice Demonstrates professionalism, warmth, and strong clinical judgment Is motivated to continue learning and growing as a clinician What We Offer Joining Northshore Family Counseling means becoming part of a practice that invests in your success.
