We're looking for a passionate and motivated Licensed Resident in Counseling in VA to join our growing practice and help clients achieve their mental health goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health counseling and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care to individuals facing various challenges. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their needs and develop personalized treatment plans, including diagnoses, and case notes. Provide individual sessions utilizing evidence-based practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain and manage an appropriate caseload:
