Job Description

Position Summary:
Licensed Counselor The Counselor is responsible for providing individualized mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. This role involves close collaboration with the Outpatient Clinical Supervisor and other clinical team members—including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, nurses, and therapists—to foster a therapeutic environment for our consumers and their families. This position is based at our Washington, PA location, with potential for hybrid remote work.
Essential Duties:
Provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. Maintain accurate client records using collaborative documentation practices. Participate in professional development through supervision and continuing education provided by the Center. Uphold professionalism in all interactions with clients, staff, and the public. Ensure confidentiality of all client records and sensitive information. Complete clinical documentation in accordance with Healing Bridges policies and procedures. Submit clinical data in a timely manner for evaluation of policy updates or changes in client conditions that may affect treatment plans. Requirements for
Candidacy:
A graduate degree from an accredited college or university (recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or CHEA) in a clinical discipline that includes a clinical practicum. A professional license is required(LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
