Compensation:

Who We're Looking For We're seeking a therapist who is: Fully licensed in Connecticut as an LCSW, LMFT or LPC Residing in Connecticut Experienced in outpatient psychotherapy Warm, polished, professional, and emotionally attuned Strong in documentation and timely clinical follow-through Comfortable using EHR systems and AI-supported documentation tools Growth-minded, collaborative, dependable, and aligned with a high-integrity standard of care Comfortable working with private-pay clients in a boutique practice environment Reliable and able to work autonomulsy.
