Hopemark is looking for motivated licensed therapists. Ideal clinicians have a trauma-informed approach to care, will be a collaborator, motivated, adaptable, and have excellent communication skills. Training will be provided but prior experience with ketamine and/or psychedelic-assisted therapies is welcomed.
Primary Therapist Responsibilities:
Provide traditional psychotherapy for general psychiatry Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs Collaborates effectively with the treatment team inclusive of referring primary care providers Maintains thorough records of patient sessions and progress Strictly adheres to HIPAA regulations Conducts ongoing assessments of patient progress Provides a flexible, empathic, and patient-centered approach to psychotherapy Collaborate with clinical providers for cross-functional patient care This is a full-time position (30-40) hours per week once a caseload is established.
Qualifications Acceptable candidates must have:
Completion of a doctorate or masters in one of the following disciplines: Clinical or Counseling Psychology; Social Work; Marital & Family Therapy. Other disciplines may be considered depending on licensure. Membership/license in the appropriate regulatory body that authorizes engaging in psychotherapy (ideally one that allows independent practice). Fully Licensed to practice in Illinois (Psy
D, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW
) Minimum of 5-8 years of clinical experience in adult individual and/or group therapy specifically focused on addressing common and complex mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and trauma. Trauma-informed care approach/training Integrated, lived experiences that support clinical competencies are acknowledged and welcomed Experience working with diverse adult client populations Experience managing client flow and working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment is a plus EMDR experience a plus CADC certification a plus DBT Experience plus Addiction experience plus Experience with complex psychiatric cases plus Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy certifications strongly encouraged (but not mandatory) OCD therapy Key Attributes Desire to be an integral part of a rapidly growing team dedicated to transforming the mental health care system.
