Job Description
The ideal candidate must hold a Connecticut LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license to apply. You will be working as an Adult Therapist specializing in providing compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic services to adults experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. This role focuses on helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, stress management, and other emotional or behavioral concerns through individualized treatment approaches in a safe, supportive, and professional environment. You will provide clinical services to adults in the Shelton or Telehealth, Connecticut area. As mental health awareness continues to grow, there is an increasing demand for accessible, high-quality outpatient behavioral health services. Adults today are facing heightened stressors related to work-life balance, trauma, family dynamics, financial pressures, and overall emotional wellness. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working within a stable and growing field dedicated to improving lives through mental health care. The candidate will work alongside a highly seasoned and professional management team that is committed to providing the highest level of clinical support and operational excellence. The Wellness Group is a leader in behavioral and mental health services within the state of Connecticut. Our private practice is a multidisciplinary group practice made up of licensed clinicians from various specialties who provide an array of services including individual therapy, family counseling, group therapy, Christian counseling, medication management, Nutrition, Gene Teasting and other behavioral health services. We are currently seeking an additional clinician to join our outpatient team in Shelton, CT. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with adults presenting with a variety of mental health disorders, with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship-related challenges being among the most common. As a clinician, you will focus on doing what you love — providing exceptional care to your clients — while our experienced administrative and management team handles the operational responsibilities so you can concentrate on clinical excellence and patient outcomes.
