• Part-time, Full-time, Contract Overview We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide outpatient therapy services in a hybrid role based out of our Hendersonville office .

Many of our clients like to include their faith as part of their healing journey. The ideal candidate has a heart for men's mental health , trauma work , and/or veteran populations , can navigate faith in the therapy session, and is comfortable helping clients navigate concerns such as: Trauma and PTSD Anxiety and depression Relationship challenges Identity and life transitions Stress, anger, and emotional regulation Men's issues and emotional wellness Military/veteran reintegration and adjustment Family and relational concerns Duties Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions (individual and/or group sessions) Maintain confidentiality of client records Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical expertise Diagnose and treat mental health conditions Evaluate treatment effectiveness and client progress Potentially facilitate workshops and community outreach events Provide individual and group counseling sessions utilizing Trauma informed techniques including but not limited to: EMDR, Cognitive Processing and Brain Spotting. implement crisis intervention strategies and manage crisis situations effectively. Develop and maintain treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. Engage in child and family counseling, ensuring a supportive environment for all family members. Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver remote counseling services as needed. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including

ICD-9/ICD-10

coding, patient assessments, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients with developmental disabilities or those requiring specialized support. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent is preferred. Experience working in various settings with various populations (inpatient/outpatient). Familiarity with Trauma focused therapy techniques such as EMDR, TF-CBT, Cognitive Processing, etc. Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with medical records management is required. Strong skills in crisis management and behavior management strategies. Experience in conducting intake assessments and providing direct support services. Proficiency in individual/group therapy practices along with experience in case management. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining client confidentiality. Willing to credential with Private Insurance. Must be able to pass a background check.
