Fully Licensed TherapistThe Oasis Counseling Group P.L.L.C.Job Summary The Oasis Counseling Group is seeking a fully licensed mental health clinician to join our growing private practice. This opportunity is specifically designed for an experienced clinician who already maintains an established/full caseload of clients and is looking for a professional practice environment where they can maintain clinical autonomy while benefiting from the support and infrastructure of a growing group practice. The ideal candidate is an independently licensed clinician who is capable of maintaining their existing caseload and providing high-quality, client-centered psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and/or families. Clinicians will have significant flexibility in developing their schedules and utilizing therapeutic approaches consistent with their training and professional expertise. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy based on clinical training and client needs. Complete intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, and ongoing clinical documentation. Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Maintain an established caseload and provide consistent, quality care to clients. Maintain timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant clinical records. Utilize appropriate diagnostic and CPT coding for clinical documentation and billing. Provide services through in-person and/or telehealth platforms as appropriate. Coordinate care with other providers, schools, physicians, and other professionals when clinically indicated and with appropriate authorization. Maintain ethical and professional standards consistent with Michigan licensure requirements. Participate as a collaborative member of The Oasis Counseling Group while maintaining appropriate clinical independence. Qualifications Current full, independent clinical licensure in Michigan (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LP, or equivalent). Established/full caseload of clients that the clinician can maintain and bring into the practice. Experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and/or families. Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills. Familiarity with
DSM-5-TR
diagnostic criteria and CPT billing codes. Professional liability insurance. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and collaboration within a group practice. Preferred Qualifications Currently credentialed with major insurance panels. Experience working with children and adolescents. Experience providing Christian counseling, if desired. Training or experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-focused therapy, Gottman Method, motivational interviewing, or other specialized approaches.
