The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, skilled in clinical assessment and treatment planning, and committed to providing high-quality therapeutic services to diverse populations. Responsibilities:

Provide individual, children, and/or family therapy services Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Utilize evidence-based interventions appropriate to client needs Participate in case consultation and supervision (LLPC/LLMSW) Maintain ethical standards in accordance with state licensure laws and ACA Code of Ethics Collaborate with referral sources and community partners as needed Manage caseload and scheduling efficiently

QualificationsRequired:

Master's degree in Counseling/Social Work or related mental health field Active

LPC/LMSW

license

OR LLPC/LLMSW

license in good standing (Michigan) Ability to obtain and maintain professional liability insurance Strong clinical documentation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team For

Candidates:

Must have an approved supervision plan Willingness to actively engage in clinical supervision

Preferred:
