Job Description
Licensed Professional Counselor Associate Responsibilities:
Meet with patients to determine the exact nature of their mental health concerns Provide targeting counseling designed to help the individual overcome their problems Remain knowledgeable of the latest methodologies in counseling to provide patients with the best possible care Refer patients to other mental healthcare providers as necessary Remain warm and engaged through the duration of every patient's counseling session Ability to create & follow treatment plans Maintain Professional boundaries
Good Interpersonal Skills Licensed Professional Counselor Requirements:
Master's degree in counseling or a related field
CT LPC-A
mandated licenses required for practice Excellent communication skills Ability to get clients to open up to you Ability to deliver treatment that is customized to meet the unique needs of every patient Willingness to refer patients to other healthcare providers as needed Ability to work Hybrid which includes in office atleast 1x per week and Telehealth all other days. Ability to work with kids & adults
