What We Are Looking For We are seeking a motivated Texas LPC Associate who is also credentialed as either a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . The ideal candidate will have experience providing therapy and behavioral interventions to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and related emotional or behavioral concerns.
Qualified candidates should:
Hold an active Texas LPC Associate license. Hold an active RBT or BCBA credential. Have experience working with children and adolescents with ASD and ADHD. Be comfortable incorporating behavioral principles into individual therapy. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be independent, organized, reliable, and meticulous in completing documentation and assigned tasks. Be comfortable working with families from diverse cultural, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Live in the DFW area and be available to work in person at least two days per week. Be open to maintaining a flexible schedule, including some evening or weekend availability. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
