LPC, LCSW, Resident in Counseling

Become an integral part of a growing counseling business to provide services across the state of Virginia! We have expanded to offer telehealth and in-person services! Dominion Psychology and Wellness Center, LLC is committed to providing substantial opportunities to Licensed Professional Counselors (Virginia license) as 1099 contractors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers (Virginia license) as 1099 contractors and/or Residents of Counseling in Virginia as W2 employees to provide quality mental health services from our local office in the heart of Tazewell, VA and the comfort of their own homes! We take care of all EHR software, insurance compliant documentation templates, and billing services! You will only be required to provide your service and update documentation - DPWC will take care of the rest!

Educational/Experience Requirements:

LPC , LCSW or Resident of Counseling in Virginia Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or other related field Knowledge of evidence based therapeutic techniques and strategies Must have ethical and professional standards in congruence with the VA Board of Counseling. Marketing/advertising skills (not a requirement, but a plus) Professional references required (residents can use professors)

Responsibilities:

Manage and be consistent with caseload Develop personalized therapeutic style with assistance through coordination with colleagues and supervisors Utilize your specific therapeutic services (Individual, Group, Family, etc.) Maintain accurate notes and schedule of hours Decide which clients are best suited to your services Maintain coordination with company staff and be available for consultations (Residents of Counseling - We can provide LPC supervision if all requirements are met!) Resume required.
