Header Overview Join our dynamic mental health team as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), where you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive mental health services to diverse populations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver evidence-based therapies, conduct thorough assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans that foster healing and growth. Our marketing, scheduling and billing allow you to focus on patient care. You will conduct clinical intaks, devise treatment plans and provide high-quality remote counseling, Responsibilities Conduct detailed mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to ensure accurate patient records. Provide individual counseling sessions incorporating evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral therapy. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards, treatment planning protocols, and HIPAA regulations to promote client progress. Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions, ensuring seamless patient care across in-person and virtual settings. Engage in crisis intervention and crisis management strategies to support clients experiencing acute mental health challenges or co-occurring disorders. Maintain meticulous clinical documentation within electronic medical records (EMR/EHR), including progress notes, treatment updates, and medical records while adhering to confidentiality guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management, medical terminology interpretation, social work referrals to optimize client outcomes. Skills Proven experience in psychotherapy techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, grief counseling. Strong knowledge of mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluation processes, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), and clinical documentation standards. Experience working with children, adolescents, adults Familiarity with telehealth therapy platforms, HIPAA compliance requirements, medical terminology, EMR/EHR systems, and clinical research methodologies. Ability to conduct intake assessments effectively while demonstrating cultural competence in diverse populations; experience with special education or co-occurring disorders is a plus. Excellent client communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to support clients through trauma recovery. This role is fully remote, must be fully liscencsed in Oklahoma and will see Oklahoma.residents.
Pay:
$50.00 - $80.00 per hour
