LPCC Clinician or LPC therapist

I offer flexibility in your schedule, comprehensive individual supervision and training, and the autonomy to select your clients. If you are a doctoral level candidate, I am qualified to train individuals in providing comprehensive psychological testing. I am also trained in the Gottman Method of Couple's therapy and happy to provide this training to clinicians as well! We are looking for individuals who: Have completed a master's or doctoral degree in psychology or counseling Are registered with DORA as an LPCC or similar Have experience working in mental health and can provide references Need to earn hours toward licensure or want to continue developing as a therapist Want to create a collaborative learning relationship with their supervisor Want to be part of a small team who genuinely cares about each other Are interested in expanding their skillset and interested in many facets of counseling Are looking for work in the immediate future (plan to hire this position in May/June 2026) Ideal candidates would bring something to the table that our team can't currently provide, specific examples include: EMDR training, Couple's therapy experience or interest, child and/or adolescent experience or interest, IFS training, Spanish speaking, a parent themselves, or someone who is a bit older with more life experience as this is often requested by potential clients We hire only individuals who are open-minded, accepting of all cultures, who recognize their privilege and limitations, and who are eager to work with individuals from marginalized groups We offer: Individual weekly supervision to meet your hours or expand your training Monthly group supervision with supervisor and your team Ongoing training in your area of interest Training offered in individual, group and couples therapy, including Gottman method couples counseling Will train doctoral level candidates in psychological testing A supportive, collaborative relationship with a licensed supervisor Flexibility in schedule (Ideal candidates will have some evening availability and Fridays during the day would be great, we are not currently open on weekends) Client selection autonomy and goodness of fit is up to the therapist and will be fully supported Hybrid model of work: furnished beautiful office space available in Lakewood as well as the opportunity for hybrid schedule, EHR provided (Please be aware that some on site hours are required, this is not a remote position!) Earn hours toward licensure working with clients in a private practice setting Competitive pay rate depending on education and experience This is a 1099 contract position: you set your hours!
