POSITION OVERVIEW

Outpatient behavioral health role focused on screenings, assessments, diagnoses, and ongoing therapy Manageable caseload averaging approximately 5 patients daily Flexible hybrid structure with option to work remotely 1-2 days weekly Clinical autonomy supported by dedicated behavioral health care team Patient-centered outpatient environment designed to support provider balance and continuity of care

COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

$65,000 - $80,000+ based on experience Annual quality and productivity bonus structure Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000 SCHEDULE Monday through Friday schedule 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends required No nights required No on-call responsibilities Hybrid remote flexibility available ROLE Conduct mental health screenings, assessments, and diagnoses Provide ongoing outpatient therapy services Develop patient-centered treatment plans and documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health and support teams Support continuity of care and long-term patient outcomes

Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania LCSW or LPC license

REQUIRED

Experience providing assessments, diagnoses, and therapy

REQUIRED

Strong patient-centered communication skills

REQUIRED

Ability to work independently within outpatient behavioral health setting

REQUIRED

Team-oriented clinical approach
