Job Description

Mindful Counseling, PLLC is a growing group private practice in Denton, Texas, seeking a fully licensed LPC or LCSW to join our team. We are looking for a clinician who values community, collaboration, and high-quality client care. Our ideal candidate enjoys being part of a supportive team, values consultation and connection with colleagues, and wants to build a meaningful career while serving the Denton community. This is a W-2 employee position.

Requirements:
Current independent licensure in Texas as an LPC or LCSW Willingness to become credentialed with insurance panels Ability to maintain a caseload of at least 25 sessions per week for full-time status Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field At Mindful Counseling, we believe clinicians do their best work when they are supported, connected, and able to focus on what they do best: caring for clients.
