Job Description

Tri Therapy is a growing counseling practice serving Greensburg, Irwin, North Huntingdon and all communities throughout Westmoreland County. We specialize in providing high-quality psychological and therapeutic services to youth, couples, and families through personalized, evidence-based care. As an expanding and innovative practice, we are committed to increasing access to care through teletherapy services and partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations. We foster a collaborative, supportive environment where clinicians can grow professionally while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families. Role Description Tri Therapy is seeking compassionate and skilled Mental Health Counselors/Therapists to join our growing team in a part-time, on-site role based in North Huntingdon, PA. We are especially interested in clinicians experienced in working with children, adolescents, couples, and families and who bring specialized clinical skills to support these populations. The therapist will provide individual, couples, and family counseling services using evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating therapy sessions, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with schools, families, healthcare providers, and community supports to ensure comprehensive client care. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, family, and youth counseling services Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and case notes Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community partners Support behavioral and emotional interventions for children and adolescents Provide teletherapy services when appropriate Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards Required Credentials Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Preferred Credentials Certified School Counselor Required Qualifications Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care Preferred Qualifications Ideal candidates will have experience in several of the following areas: Child and adolescent therapy Family systems therapy Couples counseling School-based mental health support Trauma-informed care Behavioral and emotional interventions for youth Case management and interdisciplinary collaboration Teletherapy and digital counseling platforms What We're Looking For Compassionate, collaborative, and mission-driven clinicians Passion for helping children, adolescents, couples, and families thrive Ability to work effectively within a growing and innovative practice environment Interest in contributing to community partnerships and expanding mental health access across Westmoreland County If you are looking to be a part of a new and growing, supportive and forward-thinking practice dedicated to meaningful clinical work and community impact, we would love to hear from you.
Pay:
