Full-Time or Part-Time Supervision Provided | Flexible Schedule | Established Referral Base | In-Person and Telehealth Opportunities About Tri Therapy PA Tri Therapy is a growing outpatient counseling practice serving Greensburg, Irwin, North Huntingdon, and communities throughout Westmoreland County. We provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our collaborative team is dedicated to delivering compassionate, client-centered care while expanding access to services through teletherapy and community partnerships. As an innovative and expanding practice, we are committed to increasing access to mental health services through teletherapy and collaborative partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations. In addition to counseling services, Tri Therapy offers psychiatric medication management through our on-staff Nurse Practitioner, providing comprehensive and coordinated care to support our clients' mental health needs. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and dedicated therapist - the ideal candidate will have completed their graduate degree, obtained Pennsylvania associate licensure (LAPC or LAMFT) or LSW licensure, and is working toward completion of the 3,000 supervised hours required for independent licensure. The selected candidate will provide counseling services under approved supervision while developing clinical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or couples counseling services. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation. Develop treatment plans and maintain client records. Participate in clinical supervision and case consultation. Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensing requirements. Collaborate with referral sources and community providers when appropriate. Attend team meetings and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Required Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Holds an active Pennsylvania LAPC, LSW, or LAMFT license and is eligible to practice under supervision. Eligible to practice under supervision in Pennsylvania. Demonstrated knowledge of clinical assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families. Experience in outpatient mental health settings. Specialized training or interest in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship counseling, or substance use treatment. School-based counseling experience a plus.
