Job Description
Are you a therapist who wants to do good clinical work and be supported while you do it? We're hiring a Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team in the greater Boise area, with offices in Ketchum and Hailey. This is a hybrid position. You design a schedule that fits your life and clients' needs, whether that leans toward in-person work or telehealth. Three days in the office and two from home is a common arrangement here. Our office team handles intake screenings and client matching so you can focus on care. Many of our clinicians work Monday through Thursday, starting around 10 or 11 a.m. and finishing by 6 or 7 p.m. Pay ranging from $45 to $50 per hour, plus additional compensation for administrative work. Full healthcare coverage, including medical, vision, and dental.
