We value clinician autonomy while providing the administrative and clinical support needed to build a successful practice. Position Overview We are seeking Illinois-licensed LSWs, LCSWs, LPCs, and LCPCs who are passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful change. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity designed for clinicians who want flexibility in creating their own schedules and managing their caseloads. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans. Provide high-quality counseling services in person and/or via telehealth. Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds. Connect clients with appropriate community resources when needed. Maintain accurate documentation and ethical clinical practice. Qualifications Active Illinois LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC license. Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology. Excellent clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.

Compensation LSW/LPC:

$50-$55 per clinical hour (based on weekly client volume)

LCSW/LCPC

$60-$85 per clinical hour (based on weekly client volume) Many clinicians in our practice earn $110,000 or more annually , depending on caseload.
