Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Counselors to join our team. You must have an active counseling license in North Carolina and or South Carolina. Candidates are those with the following credentials: LPCA, LPC, LCMHCA, LCMHC, LMSWA, or LMSW. We provide virtual therapy (telehealth) or in-person therapy in Charlotte, NC and or Rock Hill, SC. We continue to expand across the Carolinas. This position offers a valuable opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in mental health to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others and eager to learn about various therapeutic approaches. Duties As a clinician, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our clients.
Your duties will include:
Conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans. Facilitating therapy sessions and facilitating activities that promote mental wellness. Observing and documenting client progress and behaviors during inpatient stays. Collaborating with staff on various projects related to child family counseling and mental health initiatives. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills or experiences: Experience working with individuals with therapeutic needs or in family counseling settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with inpatient mental health environments and group therapy practices is beneficial. Background in therapeutic modalities is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients of all ages, particularly children. A genuine interest in mental health and a commitment to supporting individuals on their journey to wellness.
