We provide high-quality counseling and psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, blending evidence-based approaches with a warm, collaborative atmosphere. We are seeking a motivated Mental Health Counselor (Limited Permit) to join our team in a hybrid capacity—offering flexibility to work both remotely and in-person. This role is ideal for recent graduates or limited permit holders eager to grow their clinical skills under qualified supervision. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and/or group counseling sessions under clinical supervision Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency and state regulations Participate in indvidual and group supervision. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support clients' holistic needs Engage in professional development and ongoing learning opportunities Qualifications Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field (required) Current Limited Permit in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC-LP) from the New York State Education Department (or equivalent if in another state) Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to ethical, culturally competent, and trauma-informed care Comfortable working in a hybrid setting (telehealth and in-person sessions) Must be willing to work some nights and weekends
