Hope & Wholeness Psychology Center (HWPC) is a growing private practice with 9 locations across West Michigan. We are seeking a qualified mental health professional who is willing to fill a contract position on a part-time or full-time basis. We are a practice that values diversity. We aim to take care of our clinicians first and provide a work environment that is totally independent, while also having some support and comradery with colleagues. Furthermore, we have very favorable pay for outstanding clinicians. Our ultimate goal is for all therapists to find a work environment where they can be at their best, do their best work, and get the best outcomes for themselves, their clients, and their families. If that's not at HWPC, we will wish you well wherever you end up! HWPC contractors create their own schedules and flexible contract options are available . This position will have a primary location of the Ludington Office (101 W Loomis St Suite 200, Ludington, MI 49431). However, doing 1-2 days per week at another office or working from home (telehealth) are possible if desired. There may be the opportunity to furnish and decorate your own office if you would like. If not, we will take care of it for you! At least 1 evening per week strongly encouraged. In general, fully licensed clinicians start at a 70/30 split with a monthly bonus for meeting productivity goals. But if you have an idea for the type of contract you are looking for, please don't hesitate to ask! We have lots of different options for pay structure! Hope & Wholeness is open to all applicants, but we are specifically seeking a therapist with interest and specialized training in one of the following areas: Counseling children/families, couples counseling, PTSD treatment, and/or Psychological Testing. A therapist/psychologist with formal training and experience in one of the following areas would be highly valued: Infant Mental Health Play Therapy TF-CBT Cognitive Processing Therapy EMDR Prolonged Exposure Emotion focused couples counseling Integrated Behavioral Couples Therapy Gottman method Biofeedback/Neurofeedback ADHD Testing Personality Testing A person who is self-motivated, passionate, independent, and always looking to learn would be an excellent candidate. There are opportunities for engaging in clinical supervision, professional development, community outreach, and leadership/promotion. We are looking for a fully licensed professional: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Psychologist, or Licensed Master Social Worker. Limited License applicants will be considered if they have clearly demonstrated expertise/training in one of the above mentioned areas. Date of hire would be flexible.
