Position Type :
Contractual, Hybrid Job Summary Equanimity Integrated Behavioral Health and Wellness is seeking licensed Contractors (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, LCMFT, Licensed Psychologists and Psychology Associates) to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities :
Provide individual and/or family and possibly group therapy Ability to work with patients of all ages, gender, race, and other demographics Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications :
Master's degree in Mental Health field At least 1 to 2 years of experience working with patients in a clinical or therapeutic setting Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnostic proficiency, behavior management, and crisis intervention Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Psychodynamic Therapy, DBT (Mindfulness), Interpersonal Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Humanistic approaches (eclectic skills preferred) Must be flexible and able to work with a multidisciplinary team
Compensation :
$25 for follow-up sessions (30 mins or less) $45 for follow-up sessions (45 to 60 mins) $75 for new patient intakes Please email your CV or Resume to : equanimity@equanimityibhw.com Flexible work-from-home options available.
