Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Mental Health Professional (MHP) / Mental Health Specialist (MHS) to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals and families as needed. The ideal candidate is client-centered, culturally competent, and committed to supporting emotional well-being, recovery, and resilience through evidence-based practices. This position is mainly providing crisis services to clients as needed, however there is opportunity to provide other services as well. Key Responsibilities Deliver individual/group counseling as assigned Assist with developing and implementing treatment goals in with clients Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards Monitor client progress and make adjustments as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Provide crisis intervention when necessary Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards (HIPAA) Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Preferred Qualifications Experience providing mental health services in a clinical, community, or behavioral health setting Experience working with diverse populations or specific groups (e.g., adolescents, adults, trauma survivors, substance use, severe mental illness) Knowledge of evidence-based practices (CBT, TFCBT, EMDR, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.) Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR systems)
Pay:
$23.00 - $35.00 per hour
