Role Summary We are seeking an associate-level therapist who is passionate about treating OCD and genuinely wants to work with neurodivergent clients — autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already has some experience with OCD or anxiety treatment and wants to develop into a true specialist, with a focus on learning I-CBT, alongside a supportive, collaborative team. This role is built around the weekend openings we currently have, so availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is required. What You'll Do Provide therapy for children, teens, and adults with OCD and anxiety disorders Work with neurodivergent clients (autistic, ADHD, AuDHD) from a neurodivergent-affirming approach Learn and apply I-CBT (and ERP where it fits the client) as evidence-based treatment for OCD Provide psychoeducation and possibly workshops/groups Participate in light marketing efforts (e.g., networking, presentations) What We're Looking For Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Social Work Active LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, LMSW, or LPA license in Texas (or pending) Experience working with OCD, anxiety, or neurodivergent clients during graduate internship(s) or previous jobs Passion for developing expertise in OCD treatment and neurodivergent-affirming care across the lifespan (children, teens, adults) Openness to learning I-CBT — training provided Strong communication, teaching, and presentation skills Ability to commute to our Plano office for in-person sessions Benefits & Perks Highly competitive pay split Flexible scheduling within our weekend hours, for in-person and virtual therapy CEU stipend and support for advanced I-CBT and OCD training Administrative and referral support to help build your caseload Collaborative and affirming practice culture
