We are a growing outpatient private practice committed to providing ethical, compassionate, and culturally responsive mental health care while creating a healthy and sustainable work environment for clinicians. We are currently seeking a fully licensed therapist to join our collaborative team. What Makes Our Practice Different We intentionally protect our clinicians from burnout, excessive productivity pressure, and overwhelming caseload expectations. Most Full-Time clinicians average approximately 18-26 clinical sessions weekly, allowing time for documentation, personal wellness, professional development, advocacy, and meaningful community engagement. We believe clinicians provide their best care when they are emotionally supported, professionally respected, and able to maintain balance outside of work. The Role We are seeking a therapist who is passionate about providing high-quality outpatient therapy services to individuals, families, and couples from diverse backgrounds.
