Children, Adolescents & Adults Join a growing outpatient behavioral health team where you can make a meaningful impact working with children, adolescents, and adults. CFG Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist who enjoys working with youth and families in a supportive clinical environment. Hybrid scheduling options available , along with clinical supervision, flexible hours, and competitive fee-for-service compensation. Full-Time Employees Are Eligible For:
Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays CME allowance and CME time Opportunities for professional development and certification support , including ADOS training Responsibilities Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults , with an emphasis on child and adolescent behavioral health. Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in the electronic health record . Provide family-focused care , collaborating with parents/guardians and other support systems when working with youth. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate for different developmental stages. Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and quality assurance activities . Provide on-call coverage for assigned cases and respond to outreach calls from CFG's Access Center within 20 minutes when on-call. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards in accordance with state and federal regulations. Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for all patients. Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health discipline
NJ License Required:
LSW, LAC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPC Experience working with children and adolescents strongly preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) certification preferred but not required. CFG Health Network will support interested clinicians in obtaining ADOS training and certification.
