Job Description
Imperial Health Psychiatry is seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Therapist to join our growing outpatient behavioral health practice in Waxahachie, Texas. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work alongside psychiatric providers in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. We welcome licensed and associate-level clinicians who are passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults achieve their mental health goals.
Compensation:
$40- 60 per clinical session based on license, experience, and credentials Flexible schedule with growth opportunities What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults
- Provide family therapy and couples counseling when appropriate
- Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers regarding patient care and treatment planning
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within the EMR
- Participate in treatment team collaboration as needed
- Maintain compliance with Texas licensing board standards and payer requirements

(under supervision)LMFT LMFT-Associate Licensed Psychologist Preferred Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, and behavioral concerns Comfortable working with children, adolescents, and adults Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with psychiatric providers Schedule Part-time Flexible schedule Weekday, evening, and Saturday availability welcomed In-person preferred; hybrid opportunities may be availableLocation:
