This role is ideal for licensed professionals such as LCSW, LPC, LSW, or LAC who are passionate about providing specialized trauma-informed care outside of traditional CBT approaches. Join Our Dynamic Somatic and Experiential Trauma Informed Practice Are you tired of being told to "just use the worksheet"? Do you believe therapy happens in the relationship and in the body, not just in cognitive restructuring? We're looking for a therapist who understands that real healing requires more than symptom management. At Be Seen Therapy, we don't just treat symptoms (we help people uncover their authentic selves and build lives worth living). We practice from a trauma-informed, somatic lens because we know your body holds the story your words can't always tell.

IMPORTANT
This is NOT a CBT practice. If you're primarily a CBT therapist or believe anxiety is best treated with thought records and exposure hierarchies alone, we're probably not the right fit. We're looking for therapists who work experientially, somatically, and relationally. We're seeking a Licensed therapist (all levels of licensure encouraged to apply) who is excited to grow and serve clients in a group private practice environment, free from the typical administrative headaches that accompany managing a private practice caseload.About Us:
Our practice is built on the belief that everyone deserves to feel truly seen, heard, and known. We're not the type of therapists who sit back passively (we're actively engaged with our clients through both their painful and joyful moments). We use our warmth, intuition, and yes, even humor, to create genuine connections that facilitate real healing. Our Therapeutic Foundation:
- Somatic/body-based approaches
- We track what's happening in the nervous system, not just thoughts
- AEDP principles
- Healing happens in relationship through transformational experiences
- Attachment-focused
- Understanding patterns that formed in early relationships
- Trauma-informed
- Recognizing that most presenting issues have roots in nervous system dysregulation We help our clients listen to their emotions, their bodies, and their intuition so they can feel better emotionally and physically, but most importantly, start to feel like themselves again.
- Be yourself
- Stay Curious
- Lead with kindness
- Authentic Connection
- Find the fun: Work hard/Play hard
What We Offer:
- A supportive, collegial environment where your professional growth is valued
- Autonomy to practice with the population and modality that you enjoy the most
- Highly competitive hourly compensation based on license and experience level ($80

- work-life balance is a top priority for our staff
- Weekly Supervision with an LCSW with over 20 years experience in AEDP Level 2 and Complex Trauma II

- Paid sick time
- Marketing done by Be Seen Therapy to fill your caseload
- A chance to be part of meaningful, transformative work every single day
- Guaranteed pay per session (no guesswork or waiting for insurances to cover session fees) We know that finding the right therapeutic home is just as important for therapists as it is for clients.
