Job Description
Job Overview Array of Hope Outreach Center is seeking an experienced PLPC or LMSW to join our clinical team. The selected clinician will provide Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM . The clinician will also provide CPST, PSR, and individual therapy services to eligible clients. Position Responsibilities Facilitate IOP groups Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM-11:30 AM. Develop structured and clinically appropriate group sessions. Provide individual therapy based on client treatment needs. Provide CPST services according to approved treatment plans. Provide PSR services that support daily functioning and recovery goals. Monitor client progress toward established treatment goals. Use appropriate evidence-based clinical interventions. Provide crisis assessment and appropriate intervention when needed. Coordinate care with treatment team members and outside providers. Communicate client progress and concerns with the clinical team. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation. Complete progress notes within agency and payer requirements. Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements. Participate in staffing meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision. Maintain compliance with Medicaid, licensing, and agency requirements. Assist clients with identifying coping skills and relapse-prevention strategies. Support clients with improving emotional regulation and daily functioning. Provide referrals and community resources when appropriate. Maintain professional boundaries with clients and families. Required Qualifications Current PLPC or LMSW license in Louisiana . Clinical experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs. Previous IOP, group therapy, or behavioral health experience required. Experience providing individual therapy is required. Experience providing CPST and/or PSR services is strongly preferred. Knowledge of treatment planning and clinical documentation requirements. Ability to facilitate therapeutic groups independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Ability to maintain accurate documentation and meet deadlines. Must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and sound clinical judgment. Preferred Experience Preference will be given to candidates with experience in: Intensive Outpatient Programs Substance use treatment Co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders Group therapy Community behavioral health Crisis intervention Medicaid behavioral health services CPST and PSR services Schedule Monday - Thursday 8:30 AM - 11:30
