$30.00-$33.00 per hour About the Role Bee Mindful Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking a compassionate and motivated Qualified Mental Health Professional-Community Services (QMHP-CS) to provide quality behavioral health services throughout the El Paso community. This hybrid position combines office-based, community-based, and telehealth services to support individuals in achieving emotional wellness and long-term recovery. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds while helping clients overcome barriers to mental health treatment through education, advocacy, and coordinated care. Primary Responsibilities Conduct behavioral health screenings and comprehensive client assessments. Develop individualized service plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and measurable goals. Provide psychosocial rehabilitation, skills training, and supportive interventions. Offer individual and family support to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Respond appropriately to behavioral health crises by utilizing de-escalation and crisis management techniques. Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, schools, community agencies, and other healthcare providers. Connect clients to community resources and monitor follow-through with recommended services. Deliver services in the clinic, community, and through secure telehealth platforms as appropriate. Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely electronic documentation in accordance with agency policies and HIPAA regulations. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and team meetings. Promote client independence by addressing housing, education, employment, transportation, and other social needs. Maintain current knowledge of behavioral health regulations, documentation standards, and evidence-based interventions. Minimum Qualifications Current CANS and ANSA certifications. Current

Current START, PAYA, Seeking Safety, Nurturing Parent, Wraparound, Barleys Defiant Child Experience providing behavioral health or community-based mental health services. Knowledge of case management principles and community resource coordination. Understanding of crisis intervention and behavioral stabilization techniques. Experience with evidence-based interventions such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or other recovery-oriented approaches. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage documentation accurately while maintaining confidentiality. Experience providing telehealth services is preferred but not required. Preferred Experience Working with children, adolescents, families, or individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities. Community mental health or outpatient behavioral health experience. Familiarity with multidisciplinary treatment teams and coordinated care models.
