The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to the Christian faith and to quality patient care. This role involves providing high-quality counseling services blended with Christian principles. Responsibilities include crisis management and behavior management, while maintaining accurate medical records. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to utilize telehealth services to reach clients effectively. The ideal candidate will be a team player and will participate in team meetings on a regular basis. Preference will be given to those with experience working with couples and children, Responsibilities Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients, focusing on mental health counseling. Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and ongoing evaluations. Work collaboratively with clients, ensuring their unique needs are met. Maintain comprehensive medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Implement behavior management strategies to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals. Engage in crisis management when necessary, providing immediate support and intervention. Facilitate communication with families and other professionals involved in the client's care. Stay current with best practices for in-person and telehealth counseling methods. Experience Licensed or License eligible in the state of Georgia. Proven experience in patient care. Familiarity with behavior management techniques and crisis intervention strategies. Knowledge of telehealth practices is advantageous for remote client engagement. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Excellent organizational skills for maintaining accurate medical records and treatment documentation. Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor, or if LCSW/LMFT, candidate must be eligible to provide supervision in the state of Georgia.
