Per Session Rate Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Contract Psychotherapist to join our small private practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and/or families. This is an independent contractor role that offers you a relaxing schedule while receiving administrative and clinical support from the practice.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to clients. Conduct intake assessments, treatment planning, and progress documentation. Maintain timely and accurate clinical notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs. Participate in case consultations or team meetings as needed. Adhere to HIPAA and professional ethical guidelines. Collaborate with other professionals (e.g., psychiatrists, medical providers) as needed. Maintain active licensure and fulfill continuing education requirements, as needed.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Provisionally licensed Mental Health Counselor/Marriage and Family Therapist in Fl. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (preferred but not required). Have an understanding in true cultural compentency Experience in trauma (preferred), anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder. Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team. Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR), specifically GWS is a plus. Benefits of Working with
