Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at First Health Care LLC, you will be responsible for a variety of clinical and administrative tasks that ensure high-quality care for your clients.
Your duties will include:
Managing a dedicated caseload of clients, establishing rapport, and building positive therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries. Conducting regular sessions to review client progress, stability, and discharge planning when appropriate. Creating, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans that are centered around each client's unique needs and circumstances. Maintaining comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment modifications. Executing thorough intake assessments to facilitate accurate treatment planning. Prescribing individual therapy sessions, with a focus on addressing psychosocial issues collaboratively. Engaging in individual supervision for continual personal and professional development. Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals, to ensure holistic client care. Embracing a growth mindset by remaining open to feedback and opportunities for professional development. Patient Population / Client Focus This role focuses primarily on youth who may be struggling with a range of psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. You will work closely with young clients to understand their needs, provide coping strategies, and foster resilience. Your expertise will directly impact their mental health outcomes, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives. Qualifications A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field. Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). Demonstrated ability to meet the internal credentialing requirements for clinical practice. Preferred Experience A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations. Preferably experience in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and providing individual and group therapy. Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, including basic keyboarding skills to document client interactions efficiently. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary range of
USD 65,000
to 80,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
