Your contributions will directly impact the quality of care we provide and will foster a culture of inclusivity and acceptance. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify each client's mental health needs, employing a variety of assessment tools and techniques. Craft individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that address their unique concerns and clinical goals, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices. Facilitate therapeutic sessions, offering individual, couples, and family counseling that aligns with clients' needs, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy. Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect ongoing developments and promoting optimal client outcomes. Work in concert with other mental health professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coaches—to provide a holistic approach to client care. Strictly adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice in mental health services, maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity. Patient Population / Client Focus In your role, you will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will guide clients of all backgrounds and ages—ensuring every interaction fosters hope and healing. Qualifications A valid Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related discipline. Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, able to create a safe space for clients to share their stories. Preferred Experience A minimum of two years of direct experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies and a commitment to ongoing professional development. A strong capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from
USD 80,000
