Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations to tailor treatment planning for each client based on their specific needs and lifestyle. Provide individualized counseling sessions, employing a range of therapeutic techniques to help clients manage conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions aimed at fostering community support and psychoeducation for clients dealing with similar challenges. Design and implement personalized treatment plans that set measurable goals and establish effective intervention strategies. Offer immediate crisis intervention, including conducting risk assessments and coordinating with emergency services as needed to ensure client safety. Stay informed on advancements in mental health care and integrate evidence-based practices into therapy to optimize client outcomes. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a comprehensive care strategy for clients. Patient Population / Client Focus Our client population encompasses a diverse array of backgrounds and mental health challenges. We serve individuals aged from children through adults, many of whom may face situational crises, long-term mental health issues, or family dynamics that require intervention. As a member of our team, you will directly contribute to the mental resilience and healing of community members seeking support. Qualifications A master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution. Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington. Completion of three years of supervised clinical hours, including postgraduate clinical experience as mandated by state regulations. Commitment to lifelong learning through ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities. Exceptional interpersonal and counseling skills to effectively engage and support clients facing various mental health challenges. Ability to perform thorough assessments and evaluations to determine client mental health needs accurately. Preferred Experience Specialization or additional certifications in areas such as trauma therapy, addiction counseling, or family therapy may be beneficial. Prior experience working in a remote setting is a plus, given the flexible and digital nature of our work. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from
USD 80,000
