Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) About the Role Rebirth Enhancement Services is seeking a compassionate and qualified Mental Health Therapist to join our team as a Fee-for-Service provider within our OMHC program. The therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients across the lifespan. This role is governed by COMAR Code 10.63.03.05 and requires a strong understanding of therapeutic best practices, ethical care, and community collaboration. Minimum Qualifications Maryland State Licensure as an LMSW, LGPC, or equivalent (master's level preferred ) in psychology, social work, counseling, or nursing OR certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ACT, CSC-AD, or CAC-AD). Documented experience providing direct psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and/or adults. Strong knowledge of COMAR regulations applicable to OMHC programs. Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Microsoft Outlook, and EMR systems (preferably ICANotes). Key Competencies Clinical Assessment and Intervention Cultural Competency & Adaptability Collaborative Care & Team Communication Treatment Planning and Documentation Systems-Oriented & Ethical Practice Continuous Quality Improvement Practice-Based Learning and Growth Primary Responsibilities Conduct intakes, orientation, clinical assessments, and individualized treatment planning. Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy. Complete all documentation and service notes accurately and in a timely manner using the agency's EHR (ICANotes). Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, case conferences, and utilization reviews. Collaborate with schools, medical providers, and social service agencies to coordinate care and promote client success. Ensure appropriate discharge planning with referrals and follow-up resources for continued care. Maintain compliance with all professional standards, program guidelines, and documentation requirements under the Independent Contractor Agreement. Support and contribute to a positive workplace culture under the leadership of the Clinical Director.
