What You'll Do (Clinical Duties) Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations using ICD‑9 and ICD‑10 standards to guide treatment planning. Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence‑based approaches including CBT, trauma‑focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral therapy. Deliver crisis intervention and crisis management services for clients experiencing acute mental health or behavioral emergencies. Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards, HIPAA regulations, and ethical guidelines. Facilitate specialized counseling sessions such as grief counseling , child & youth therapy , autism spectrum disorder interventions , and addiction counseling . Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records within EMR/EHR systems while ensuring full HIPAA compliance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management , care coordination , and research initiatives to enhance service quality. Experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred. Must pass background checks. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience. W‑2 or 1099 options available. Paid supervision included.
Pay:
Up to $62,400.00 per year
