Job Summary We are seeking a fully licensed Therapist to join our dynamic mental health and behavioral care team. Duties Conduct thorough client assessments using diagnostic tools such as DSM-5 criteria and ICD coding to determine mental health and behavioral needs Deliver individual therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and other modalities. Implement crisis intervention strategies to manage urgent situations effectively while maintaining safety for clients and staff Facilitate intake processes, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor progress through ongoing patient assessment and data collection Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient confidentiality and ensuring accurate medical documentation in accordance with clinical documentation standards Engage in continuous professional development by staying current with research, DSM-5 updates, ICD coding changes, and evidence-based practices in mental health counseling and addiction medicine Skills Proven experience in psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, crisis management, and client assessment in therapy settings Strong knowledge of DSM 5 diagnostic criteria.
