Couples Therapy Services is currently seeking a Fully Licensed or Pre-Licensed Therapist to join our Manalapan team. As a private-pay practice, we emphasize sustainable, meaningful work without the administrative burden of insurance . Clients are carefully screened and matched to support strong clinical outcomes, reduce burnout, and allow therapists to focus on high-quality care. Ongoing training and professional development are central to our culture. Clinicians have access to respected relational models including: Gottman Method (Level 1 & 2, Treating Affairs, Bringing Baby Home, Seven Principles) Imago Relationship Therapy DBT for Couples (Alan Fruzzetti) CTS Roadmap We are seeking a thoughtful and motivated therapist who is passionate about relational work and values collaboration, growth, and long-term impact. What We Offer W2 employment Competitive compensation with bonus opportunities Flexible scheduling with a hybrid in-person and telehealth model Health insurance benefits (or stipend after eligibility period) Paid Time Off (PTO) for eligible therapists Paid 90-day onboarding period (administrative rate) Clinical supervision and consultation SimplePractice for documentation, scheduling, and telehealth (including AI notes) No insurance administration; all out-of-network billing is handled by our team Pre-screened and carefully matched clients Opportunities for long-term growth within a supportive and connected team Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples in person and via telehealth Complete timely and ethical clinical documentation Assess, conceptualize, and implement treatment plans Support clients navigating relationship concerns, life transitions, and personal development Participate in consultation, supervision, and ongoing professional development Attend mandatory monthly team meetings and peer study groups Requirements Active licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT or prelicensed status as LSW, LAC, or LAMFT with at least two years of clinical experience Ability to provide in-person sessions at our Manalapan office with a hybrid option available Availability for a minimum of 2-3 evening shifts per week Willingness to build a caseload over time (approximately 3-6 months to ~25 clients/week)
