Job Description

About the Role Steel Magnolia Trauma Counseling LLC is seeking a compassionate and driven Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional clinical counselor (LPCC) to join our trauma-informed practice. This is a unique opportunity for a therapist who is passionate about empowering survivors healing from complex trauma, PTSD, addiction and domestic violence. As a 1099 contractor, you'll enjoy full autonomy over your schedule. Whether you prefer part-time or full-time work, you'll have the freedom to create your own hours and choose when to work virtually or in our Mason Office. This position is a 75% - 25% split between practice and contractor.

Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for someone who: Holds a valid LISW or LPCC license in Ohio. Is deeply passionate about supporting survivors through trauma recovery. Demonstrates a strong ethical and moral compass in clinical practice. Is open to mentorship and professional development in trauma-focused care. Is curious about or committed to building a future in private practice. Values autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful therapeutic relationships.
