Your Role on
Our Team:
Deliver compassionate and trauma focused individual and family therapy to assigned youth. Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective, individualized treatment plans to address complex emotionally challenges and supporting skill development and pro-social behavior. Facilitate and lead monthly Child and Family Team meetings. Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary stakeholders (families, CMO/DCPP staff, treatment home parents, and clinical team). Execute on-call responsibilities, including providing clinical consultation and participating in a rotating weekend schedule (approx. 6 times/year). Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Associate Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of New Jersey. Master's degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling or related field Passion for person-centered, compassionate care Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills Two years' experience supporting children and youth Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
