Full Job Description Job Description About Us:
Trusted Results Therapy Group is a growing mental health practice dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families. We provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across South Carolina, with a focus on quality care, collaboration, and clinical growth.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed mental health professional to join our diverse team of clinicians. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a wide range of populations and presenting issues. This role is a great fit for a therapist looking to engage in meaningful work, enjoy clinical autonomy, and grow within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couple, and family therapy to a variety of age groups Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver ongoing therapeutic interventions Maintain accurate, ethical, and timely documentation in the electronic health record Participate in supervision (if applicable), team meetings, and continuing education opportunities Collaborate with other providers and community stakeholders as needed
Requirements:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Active licensure in South Carolina (LPC, LMFT, LISW-CP, LMSW, LPC-A or LP) Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure preferred Comfortable treating children, adolescents, adults, and families Strong organizational and clinical documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Credentialed with Medicaid or private insurance panels Training in trauma-focused, systemic, or evidence-based modalities Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
