Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated candidate join our team as a Cognitive Behavioral Specialist (CBS) to service our patients in the Charleston area. CBS should ensure a holistic approach by coordinating behavioral interventions with medical treatment, supporting caregivers, and helping patients achieve improved quality of life. This candidate should have a background addressing the behavioral and emotional needs of patients living with anxiety, depression, and cognitive decline—including dementia and mild cognitive impairment. Cognitive Behavioral Specialist perform visits in facilities (ALF and ILF's) in their designated service area .
