Role:
As a Pediatric Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will: Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for children and adolescents Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and evidence-based practices Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused therapy Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including social workers and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with ethical and legal standards Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development opportunities Adhere to all ethical guidelines and professional standards of practiceJob Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution Active South Carolina State LMHC, LCSW, or LPC license in good standing — required Experience providing therapy services to children and adolescents — required Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and families Ability to work independently in a home health environment Minimum 2 years of clinical experience providing direct therapy services preferredJob Details:
