Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual outpatient therapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and other clinical modalities Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and formulate accurate DSM-based diagnoses Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans to support client progress and outcomes Build strong therapeutic relationships while delivering high-quality, client-centered care Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standards Respond promptly to client needs, including urgent situations, in both in-person and virtual settings Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordination Communicate proactively regarding clinical concerns that may impact clients or program operations Demonstrate sound clinical judgment, professionalism, and ethical decision-making Education, Experience, and/orCredential Qualifications:
Master's degree required in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field OR Master's degree in a related field with: At least 24 graduate-level semester hours in behavioral health-related coursework Coursework and experience in clinical treatment, assessment, psychopathology, and DSM diagnosis Active licensure required: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT Clinical experience required (may include graduate-level practicum or internship experience) Experience working with children and adolescents preferred Supervisory or leadership experience preferredAdditional Qualifications:
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills Ability to utilize EHR systems and clinical documentation tools effectively Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and virtual formats Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating within a team environment Commitment to delivering high-quality behavioral health care and continuous professional growth Physical Requirements Sit for extended periods (approximately 90% of the time) Stand occasionally (approximately 10% of the time) Perform occasional bending, kneeling, and squatting Drive occasionally as needed Lift and carry items occasionally as neededTime Type:
