Clinical Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based therapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) to a diverse client population. Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation. Participate in collaborative case reviews and contribute to team development. Qualifications Active LPC-MHSP or LCSW license in Tennessee (not associate or pre-licensed). Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field. A heart for Christ-centered counseling and a commitment to clinical excellence. Proficiency in treating various presenting issues across age groups. Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.
