Duties Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding standards. Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating EMDR therapy alongside other modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, grief counseling, and behavioral health interventions. Deliver individual counseling sessions, ensuring adherence to clinical documentation standards and HIPAA regulations. Conduct in-person counseling sessions at our office in Cedar Springs Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote therapy sessions while maintaining high-quality patient care and engagement. Manage crisis situations effectively through crisis intervention strategies, crisis management protocols, and behavior management techniques. Document all clinical interactions accurately within Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems, including progress notes, treatment updates, and medical records. Participate in weekly EMDR consultation to coordinate case management efforts for clients with complex needs and ensure adherence to the standard EMDR protocol Requirements Masters Degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related clinical field Independently Licensed To Practice in Tennessee (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) Provisionally Licensed Therapists will be considered if they are actively working towards Independent Licensure Have completed at least Weekend 1 of and EMDRIA-Approved EMDR Basic Training OR have Weekend 1 scheduled within 30 days of hire Ability to provide and maintain caseload of 25+ sessions per week Able to see clients both in-person and virtually Passionate about EMDR therapy and desire to continue to learn and expand expertise in this area
Preferred:

$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
